Okay.......so I am thinking on SS teaching about LIGHT in the midst of darkness, and it struck me.... I'd always thought when God said "let there be light, and there was light", that all of a sudden the sun was shining and everything that had been in darkness was revealed...... well, I'm thinking that is sorta true, but perhaps the "light" of which HE speaks in verse 3 is NOT the sun, or moon, or stars, notice verse 16, and that this was the 4th day. so......... I must think on the light that revealed what was in the formless void of the creation in the 2nd verse..... I am thinking that this surely IS an allegory of what the NT reveals Jesus telling the people "I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD!"...... what was living in darkness and void......was suddenly, sharply brought into exposure in the LIGHT of the WORLD.....the TRUTH......the ONE in WHOM there is no shadow, no darkness. oh my goodness my precious reader.....whoever you are.... does this strike you as it does me???? We were not saved just to have an eternal home... as SS says...... "we were saved to become sons of God".........to reveal the LIGHT to the world....... to be what the whole earth wants..........to reveal the redemption of the LORD and to bring His LIGHT through our broken vessels of flesh into a world that cries for HIS coming!

LET US KNOW WHO WE ARE, and the purpose to which we have been called since before the foundations of the earth....... Let the city on the hill not be hid, and let the The mountain of the house of the LORD be established as the chief of the mountains, let it be raised above the hills; so that the nations will stream to it. And many peoples will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, To the house of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us concerning His ways And that we may walk in His paths." (Isaiah 2... in the last days).....
let us be assured that it is all about GOD and not of ourselves t
hat the purposes are established and
desired among the nations will be known and sought.
Let us be the clear reflection of the ONLY TRUE LIGHT
and let us know that we know that we know!
